Barca's Umtiti out of Atleti clash with knee injury
Samuel Umtiti has suffered a knee injury in training and will miss Barcelona's LaLiga clash with Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.

Barca revealed on Tuesday Umtiti has sprained the medial collateral ligament in his left knee, with the 22-year-old's return to action dependent on the progression of the issue.

The France international moved to Camp Nou from Lyon in the off-season, and has started three of Barca's four league games so far this term.

Umtiti made three appearances for his country at Euro 2016 on home soil, including in the final as France were beaten 1-0 by Portugal after extra-time.

He's scored hundreds and hundreds of first team goals for Barcelona and performed absolute magic on the biggest stages in football. But the case with some of the game's greatest in the past has been that they're absolute pants in training. Well, not Leo.

Messi has been warming up for Barcelona's game with Atletico Madrid this evening by running rings around the defenders in the Barca squad. In this latest clip, the Argentinian dances through past first choice defensive pairing Samuel Umtiti and Gerard Pique before hitting a low shot into the bottom corner. And he did it with ease.

Reports today have it that Umtiti is to miss the top of the table clash with Atleti because of a knee injury. But you wouldn't be surprised if it's because of the runaround and subsequent embarrassment from Messi's goal...
