hivi jamaani nisaidieni, unapotest hizo sukari kipi inashauriwa uanze? au ni vyovyote tu upendavyo.
pia ukitest reducing sugar (glucose) ukaiona na umepewa reagents za kutest pia non reducing sugar.
je, kwenye observation na inference utaandikaje kwenye hiyo non reducing sugar? kwasababu glucose sio non reducing sugar.
 

Food testing is a systematic process,you can no run it randomly and so always we commence with the reducing sugar followed by the latter which can be tested only if the former was absent.
 

uwe unaanza na reducing sugar usipoona changes ndio utest non reducing sugar,weka HCL na u-boil,poza then weka NaOH alafu.ndio uweke Benedicts solution(nadhani unajua), ikiona zile changes ndio uziandike kwenye observation,na inference andika non reducing sugar is present.

Mbona kipindi cha utandawazi raha sana, zama youtube check ishu za food test, ishu za titration utaona vema kabisa, na pract zote

Well yah.. you can start wth either one.. Bt unapojubu kene mtihan its better to start with reducing sugar then non.. Usiniulze kwann 7bu utanzngua
