Hey guys,
I'm very serious about what I'm to ask now. What is the relationship of your man with books? Does he read, does he write? If the answer is yes, present evidence. Just two newspaper articles will suffice my need. I'm about to judge your man.
The contemporary world need leaders who can lead and write themselves and not depend on their advisers.

For a presidential candidate, i think one of the requirement is to be a degeree holder.

Mkuu potwemakunge, having a degree certificate is an evidence that you have being to school. But writing something is an evidence that your are reading and writing. It also shows that your are well informed on what is trending in the modern world. For a head of states books are inevitable. Does he read?

What do you expect him to write about while it is clear that his head is empty and he is not after any knowledge of public interest? At most he can copy and that is what exactly he does in his manipulative propaganda. He speaks on what people says, capitalizes on events, grasps praises from others' initiatives and he is full of malice.

Show me your peers, I will tell what kind of a person you are. Team lowasa is composed of shallow minded, unreasonable, unfortunately majority are not certain with reasons for them to support the man and his inner motives.....a cadre of uninformed cohort operating under manipulations of malicious thieves and internationally linked mafias.

Lowasa is not such a person who can even think of knowledge acquisition. His brains are after money making by using available resources and constitutional weaknesses, building his social status and getting even with his opponents whom to him are enemies. Wish such a person you should not expect education development or any sustainable country growth because they are not his areas of interests, too much for him to think about or handle and they dont make sense in his brain sphere.

If he had any intellectual ability, he would be persuading his nomination by solid convincing factors rather than threats and blackmailing!. He is a typical dangerous bogus, selfish, lumpen and assassin mafia, who is strategically spearheading his peers in accomplishing their mission of completely destroying our Tanzania.

"Never" i don't think if he read even half a page of a news paper, he is a traveller may be he read only compass to know the direction

Charles Dotter this is beyond your capacity to comprehend, kindly leave to those who can. You are also advised to work on your figures and grammar. What is Shark Spear (Papa na Mkuki) what is the relationship of the two? or you was trying to spell Shakespeare the masterpiece writer? , 45 M illiterate??????
 
One of qualities of a good leader is knowledge and communication ability. Knowledge is power. A leader who doesn't read is doomed, above all almost 75% of leadership is communication. Imagine being led by a person who has serious limitations in knowledge and communication skills!. Ni kitu gani hiyo inakuwa?

Hatuhitaji mtu kwenda ikulu kujifunza kusoma na kusomeshwa namna ya kuwasiliana. Kama huna la kutuelimisha kwenye hii thread unaweza kukaa kimya. Siyo kosa.

Mkuu Tabby, you have spoken. And my major worry is that, when it comes to complex business like oil and gas, if leaders don't read, they are easily manipulated by Multinational companies who prepare voluminous contract agreement and give them chicken money as bribe then due to their lack of reading capacity they sign these blood sucking contracts. Those who cannot lead cannot handle one to one discussion on serious matters.

still nonsense- knowledge is too broad unless otherwise hau jui. kusoma articles na publication mbalimbali hii ni kitu kidogo sana katika ku acquire knowledge kukusaidia ..knowledge is is a familiarity, awareness or understanding of someone or something, such as facts, information, descriptions, or skills, which is acquired through experience or education by perceiving, discovering, or learning, so ukianalyse vyema utagundua kusoma ni only one component ya knowledge, you case is not justifiable in any means.

Yes Mkuu. You have an accurate concern about his illiteracy caliber in relations to our natural resources v/s exploitative deals. We are now in a globalization era where a system theory is more logical than in the past. Our development if not existence totally relies on how competitive we are domestically and internationally. Transformation of our lives as individuals and our nation at large depends on our visions, attitudes, ability, knowledge and velocity in building and executing sound, conducive, effective and efficient plans that are responsive for our domestic environments and competitive in international arena.

Non-knowledgeable leadership shall not only continue to expose us to exploitation but also it will amplify our vulnerability and susceptibility to tragedies and external shocks hence strengthened vicious circle of endless deprivation, poverty and turmoil pandemonium!.

Lowasa is far away from being a possible candidate for a leader required by our Country. Besides, his fame swindling public resources and the roles he has played in positioning our country where we are today, are nationally and internationally clearly known. It is only for the uselessness,lousiness, irresponsibility and fraudulence of the current ruling system that we are still discussing Lowasa here. Or else he would be serving his sentence in jail!.
