For Pro Lowassa, does your man read?

For Pro Lowassa, does your man read?

Come on brother!. What is that awful attitude against learning and new knowledge acquisition and dissemination you are trying to propagate here?

Can you air out right here the criterion that you are using to rule out reading as a key approach for gathering knowledge? Do you know what self image you are evidently portraying here? I am not sure if you are aware that you are just confirming the real type of lowasa supporters.

If you dont know is better you keep quiet and if you not then accept your defeat!. Defending lowasa by adamantly forcing to sugar coat his foolishness is a continuation of ccm contention of legalizing fraud and corruption because no ccm member is clean!.

I see your clear intent of trying to justify awkward leadership and lousy education quality for your personal and lowasa interests at a detriment of our Tanzania.

Please, if you can not get out of that ccm -lowasa dark box, you will never be able to see the truth and that attitude can not be accepted or incorporated in our National Standards.

still nonsense- knowledge is too broad unless otherwise hau jui. kusoma articles na publication mbalimbali hii ni kitu kidogo sana katika ku acquire knowledge kukusaidia ..knowledge is is a familiarity, awareness or understanding of someone or something, such as facts, information, descriptions, or skills, which is acquired through experience or education by perceiving, discovering, or learning, so ukianalyse vyema utagundua kusoma ni only one component ya knowledge, you case is not justifiable in any means.

Ndugu hapa Detroit ni saa tatu na nusu hasubuhi ndo naenda kazini, but kwakifupi your short minded and your real troll, make me wrong. your mind is fixed to what you have gain for it...I cant judge you but in real life unamtu unamuona wewe kama wewe, na mkeo if Im not get it wrong kuwa ndo mnamuhitaji but TANZANIA nikubwa sana na wewe na mkeo ni asilimia ya pie.........

Mkuu potwemakunge, having a degree certificate is an evidence that you have being to school. But writing something is an evidence that your are reading and writing. It also shows that your are well informed on what is trending in the modern world. For a head of states books are inevitable. Does he read?
What a wonderful challenge Mtapigwa!! I could comment something about this debate, BUT because I do not belong to any those pro-team so and so, I appreciate your understanding, though I maintain that the modern African context, as has been in the past, does not necessarily need a leader who could, as what you put it according to your definitions, READ.

You can ask me what a world am I living!! yet that is my understanding and what I believe!!

There was no need for you to mention Detroit here if you were civilized in anyway. For me you are continuing to show how primitive you are. Being in America doesn't give you right to insult me especially when you dont have any basis for your awkward contentions.

If you dont acknowledge the power of knowledge, stay with your low brains and slavery slavish attitudes. I hope you are not regarding yourself a role model just because you are in America because at your level I am sure you are holding no any status, living low life that is full of disappointments, shame and regrets. For your information, you have nothing to tell me about America, especially Detroit!. Poor boy! America haibadilishi watu ila watu wanabadlisha America. Vile vile Tanzania inabadilishwa na watu.

Leave us with our Tanzania, we know what we are doing to make it a best place for us and our descendants and this is exactly what we are working for!. Please forget that we will accept rotten opinions from an economic refugee who has enslaved himself in exile, the coward and idiot who think we have poor mindsets to an extent of accepting his theories built on life failures. A lizard in Africa shall never be a lion in America.

If you ran out of Tz kwa sababu ya failures huwezi kuwa successful in America, wewe ni failure tu!. Pu..mba.ff kweli kweli wewe.

If you want the fool lowasa to be your leader, just take him with you to lead you through frustrations you are encountering in America. Tanzania is a great country and always it shall be. In no way we shall be under the control of ------ like you and lowasa.

May be you look for another country to go but no short cuts or loose opportunities in Tanzania any longer!.

Tumejipanga.

Pu.mb.avu kweli kweli!.

Indeed reading and writing are critical skills for a President irrespective of whether his/her citizens are illiterate. As a student of political science, I always go back to my great teacher Plato a student of socrates. In his semminal writing the Republic he categorically stated that Kings should be philosophers and if they are not, disharmony manifested in form of chaos in society/polity is inevitable. In principle, my great teacher was focusing on knowledge seeking. Philosophers arise from reading, writing and music. In reference to Plato, then it goes without saying that our late founding Father, the late Mwalimu qualified to be a leader (king) because he was a philosopher or knowledge seeker and promoter.

Today, our founding President the late Mwalimu Nyerere lives through his writings. It goes without saying that his writings were informed by reading, reflection and reason. To date, universities world wide use Mwalimu's writings for various purposes . Now can we then predict what could likely happen if 'our' hero fronted for the presidency is not a philosopher, in the sense that s/he does not seek and promote knowledge?

Accepting our national challange of inadeaquacy and or lack of philosophers can we then propose that our next President should at least embrace the following practices first, to appoint among his/her a team readers and writers comprising both friends and adversaries to have a balanced opinion/advise; second try as much as possible to acquire ability to listen and respect advise of those who can read and write on his/her behalf. Unfortunately, one of the things that the late Mwalimu may have not worked hard to live us with is a culture of adhering to the rule that kings should be philosophers. Good luck Tanzania in our journey to discover a new king.

Hey guys,
I'm very serious about what I'm to ask now. What is the relationship of your man with books? Does he read, does he write? If the answer is yes, present evidence. Just two newspaper articles will suffice my need. I'm about to judge your man.
The contemporary world need leaders who can lead and write themselves and not depend on their advisers.

Haujui Kiingereza!

A good leader should have many associates I think a team of people in ruling systems we call it decentralization of power. He should contribute to the writtings of course but he shouldn't be alone

So, are you telling us that this man does not read and write but he has acquired knowledge through other means as you mentioned in your thread?
I think Charles Dotter you are theorizing here. Show me a visionary leader who is a head of state yet he/she don't read and write now a days to prove your point. Just mention one. I will discard my thread and apologize for misleading members who took interest in reading this thread. Name him or her please.
I'm sure you understand that this thread does not disqualify other means of acquiring knowledge like the ones you mentioned.
