For your EYES ONLY: From Salva to Rostam

Greetings!

It has been a while since we have brought you something to make you dance.

- The following letter was written sometime in 2007 few weeks before Salva Rweyemamu was appointed the Director of Presidential Communication at the State House.

- The letter is divided into two parts; the first has to do with what was going on at the New Habari Corporation at the time. There are few things to note the main one being that at the time the letter was written NHC was operating in the country illegally with the full knowledge of all involved among them Salva and Rostam. The second part was personal in nature where by Salva had a "simple request" for Rostam to take care of after being forgotten in the new administration.

- Since this letter came to our attention some few day ago we went to a greater extent to verify its authenticity. We are absolutely sure this letter was written by Salva and was received by Rostam.

- The original letter was written loosely. In order to make it an easily read we have formatted it and put emphasize in some points. Nothing was changed, added or in any shape or form edited structurally or grammatically (not even spelling). Beside the formating and emphasis (italics, bold and underlining which are ours) everything is in its original form.

- On September 11, 2007 Salva Rweyemamu was appointed to be the Director of Presidential Communications. Since then he has played an active role in misleading the public on matters that deal directly with issues that touch Rostam's interest or reputation among them the EPA scandal, Richmond and Dowans.

By the way, to be the devil's lawyer for a minute, kama ungekuwa ni wewe Kikwete halafu kina Rostam na kina Rweyemamu ndio hao waliku propell into power kama Salva anavyosema humo, ungefanya nini wakija wanaomba na kuombeana kazi, ungejifanya huwajui? Sijui kama Kikwete atapokea tena favor ya mtu uchaguzi wa 2010. Labda 2011 Rais Kikwete hatakuwa mfukoni mwa kina Rostam na CCM financiers wengine.

Naona pia Salva kamtukana Johnson Mwambo kwamba ni "ki-mbwa cha J.U." akimaanisha Jenerali Ulimwengu, maana Ulimwengu ndie kibosile pale Raia Mwema. Salva Rweyemamu mwana haramu, kama ni barua yake hii.
