Lewis Hamilton becomes only the fourth British driver to win more than one Formula 1 world title. He joins Sir Jackie Stewart, Jim Clark and Graham Hill. He is also the 16th driver ever to achieve the feat.

Lewis Hamilton starts the final lap with a 3.3 second lead over Felipe Massa. It looks certain now that Hamilton will win this race - and more importantly the 2014 Formula 1 World Championship.

Mercedes co-team boss Toto Wolff heads over to the team wall, with Felipe Massa still on a charge. He's got the gap down to three seconds. Meanwhile, BBC F1 pit lane reporter Tom Clarkson reports they are clearing a space in Rosberg's garage.

Lewis Hamilton
's 11th win of the season, making him the first non-German driver ever to win that many races in one year. Michael Schumacher (2002, 2004) and Sebastian Vettel (2011, 2013) were those who had previously achieved the feat.

"You want to be on the podium at least," says Ferrari's Fernando Alonso in his final race for the team. "I knew it would be tough. It summarises our season a little bit. It's mixed feelings leaving Ferrari.

Williams sijaona wakiwa na ishu sana lakini najua nao wataleta shida kama kawa, Mc Laren Honda nao hawako vibaya japo Alonso ana wasiwasi huu mwaka ni wa kujifunza.

Hapana shaka mshangao wa mwaka huu unaweza kutoka Sauber... Kwa Team Ferrari mwaka huu kuna japo harufu ya ushindi na pole yake Alonso asie na sub'ra.

Red Bull hawatokuwa tofauti sana na mwaka jana zaidi ya hiyo rangi yao! Aidha kwa mabingwa watetezi naona wapo njema sana, ila wakae wakijua kuwa mwaka huu watapata upinzani wa zaidi ya timu tatu....
 
Honda's return to Formula One is by far one of the most talked about in the sport but admittedly, they had a very slow start..
