You must be dreaming. Remember museven and kenyatta had already signed MOU but TOTAL the operator decided to take the project to Tanzania. Kenyatta wasnt happy when the decision was changed and he decided to visit France and met president Holland. He asked holland to help him send the project to Kenya. Halland said the decision was purely on business issue and not political thing, so he had no mandate to change it. Remember the governments and TOTAL are currently working on financial model then FID will be the end of this month.
