Your reasoning is stupid. Who said Kenya is so rich? Unless of course you mean with regards to Tanzania then YES Kenya is richer than Tanzania. Another thing.. You can't just wake up and decide to finance 50km per year as per your reasoning. This is a project that follows a procurement model...and in this procurement model the government of Kenya finances 15% of the project while the exim bank of China finances the other 85%. So in essence we can say Kenya has financed 15% of the nearly 650kilometres of railway built so far. That is around 105km. You have to reason in this forum, but if you can't then we can also reason on your behalf.
