I already told you! Start learning html for markup of the page. Then learn css for styling. There you have static website. Then learn some SSL and I recommend PHP. Then learn database and I recommend MySQL. That is all. You can go enhancing your skills by learning JavaScript and hence Ajax, some flash, graphics and whatever thing that will enhance you. Diy is a long journey but perservere!
