Air Tanzania needs a radical changes if it wants to make a profit, stay afloat and beat the competition.
One of the things it should do, is to convert its engines to function on LNG (liquefied natural gas) which is vastly available in the country and at the lower price.
If it manages to do just that, the operation of the company will be as easy as ABC and by doing just that, it will be able to dominate African markets by supplying technology and gas to other African carriers.
This is a very big opportunity for ATCL that it can't afford to lose if it wants to suceed.
