i dont know why uhuru and ruto contest in that election while they know that there is some matter in the ICC should be settled first.however they have better constitution i hope its clear on that matter

A fresh petition challenging the integrity of Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta and Eldoret North MP William Ruto has been certified as urgent.

Justice David Majanja on Monday ruled that the petition by the International Centre for Peace and Conflict (ICPC) raised weighty constitutional issues which need to be determined urgently.

“A person committed to trial at the Hague would not be able to discharge his duties since he would be required to attend the hearings which would seriously erode the honour and integrity required of any public officer,” said the lobby in their application.

Ab-titchaz these "special interest groups" can never work for free! they are working for several missions and that is why they have failed to read the mood of the new judiciary. If for instance I work for extra bonuses from international lobbysits, i won't get tired, "I have to work to earn". so whatever i prescribe is not good for democracy but it may help to stem abuse of freedoms that the new constitution has provided. It will also bring sanity. Take for instance Rev. timothy njoya, he is sane! eti.. lol!..sustituting the pulpit for politics.
