You are a confirmation that one can survive without a brain. You keep saying that major projects in Kenya are done in Nairobi or Mombasa and when we post projects being carried out in other areas, you retreat back to Dar projects. Are you even listening to yourself?

Not true.
a) Kenya is not third world, it is classified as Developing.
b) In America only 21% of hospitals are government owned, 40% of schools are government owned, 40% of prisons are privately owned, even the military has been privatized to other contractors like black water.
c) Privatization ensures quality management that is why Kenyan education is among the best in africa.
d) In those developed countries transport is privatized with big companies like Arriva having trains and buses across europe. Brightline in america is a private company that built the railway, stations and operates regular train services and is out performing government owned Amtrak.

Moral of the story: Private good, government bad.
