I would say its not impressive, Ugly is a big word
Its called Terminal 2, Its a prefabricated terminal that was built in 5 months back in 2014(One year after the JKIA fire that burnt ppart of the airport), It is meant to server for between 5-7 years as a temporary terminal... Right now Terminal 1A and 1E is the only one that had been rebuild, Terminal 1B, 1C,1D all are planned for rebuilding....So the temporary terminal 2 comes in handy when the other existing terminals are closed for rebuilding..

BTW, That so called ugly terminal has a capacity of 2.5Million PAX..... While your whole JNIA handled less than that last year !!!!!

That Terminal is still one Month old, Few airline companies has shifted to the new terminal (The last week I was there was ATCL, Emirates and KQ, I am not sure how many has shifted there so far. Besides, Remember this is a 7m capacity thing, (twice as large as JKIA terminal 1), how do you expect it to be full in two weeks?are you that fool?
Now that is a big LIE. I have used JNIA.Hahahaha, it is International airport, it mainly serves foreigners not citizens. The truth of the matter is, our airport is the biggest, modern and high tech. In EAC, hahahaha, hahahaha, hahahaha.

"The capacity" does not mean the number of passengers handled in a particular period of time...but when you see the term "capacity" it means an ability to handle..

Now, ppl don't travel to a place because of the airport, they travel because of business,pleasure,family or convinience (i.e from the airlines perspective, like connecting flights through hubs that guarantee passenger numbers)
So, if we had to construct a temporary terminal 2 at JKIA because we were running out of capacity, and if that temporary terminal alone has a bigger capacity than what JNIA actually handles, do you think JNIA is ever going to be in a position to even begin to match JKIA?
