The delineation between evidentiary substantiation and the articulation of deeply held convictions is not inherently dichotomous. If my elucidation is construed as proselytization, such an interpretation is subjective; my objective, however, was to foster an erudite exchange of perspectives. Resorting to ad hominem reproach in lieu of cogent dialectical engagement serves only to vitiate the credibility of one’s position. Nevertheless, I extend my felicitations and goodwill.
