I've been searching and searching, what was Kenya before colonialism?
We all know and have heard of likes of Kabaka in Uganda, Mirambo and Mkwawa in Tanzania. What was Kenya like before colonialism? Were there even people? Are these guys imported just like their language?
I already know of the Nandi people ( kalenjin or whatever ), so are these the only precolonial Kenyans?

Better than maji maji rebellion dimwits.

that was a hard fought battle kijanaaa, the likes of you reading in Wikipedia will never understand.
Besides that was during colonialism, Mkwawa fought guerilla warfares with Germany for more than 2 years

Koitalel Arap Samoei naye, Mekatili Wa Menza je, mwanamke ambaye aliwatawala wamijikenda kimabavu?

History of Kenya from Pre-colonial Period to Today
The history of Kenya dates as early as 2000 BC when a patchwork of ethnic groups, each with their own culture and language, settled in the country. They came from every corner of Africa – Turkanas from Ethiopia; Kikuyu, Akamba and Meru from West Africa; and the Masai, Luo and Samburu from the southern part of Sudan.
However, archeological findings suggest that humanoids roamed here more than 20 million years ago. One of the most famous and complete hominid skeletons ever discovered is the 1.6 million year old Homo erectus known as the Turkana Boy, which is on display at the
Nairobi National Museum.
Kenya is thus fondly referred to as the cradle of humanity or the cradle of mankind from which descendents moved out to populate the world.
By around the 8th century Arabs, Indians, Persians and even Chinese were arriving on the Kenyan coast to trade skins, ivory, gold and spices. The Swahili language, a mixture of Bantu and Arabic then developed as a lingua franca for trade between the different peoples.
Arab dominance on the coast was eclipsed by the arrival of the Portuguese in 1498. The Portuguese built Fort Jesus in 1593, which today is one of Mombasa’s top tourist attractions . They gave way to Islamic control under the Imam of Oman in 1698 after a 33-month siege.
By 1730 all the Portuguese had left the East African coast for Mozambique, where they ruled territories, ports and settlements until 1975.

KENYA IS A COLLECTION OF PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER AFRICA & WORLD!

You mean the present day Luhyas who defected Buganda?

Are dimwits fighting for more than 4 years on the battle field nonstop? If they stopped the projects of the Germany for more than 4 years regardless what kind of reasons made Germany do be derailed from their scheduled jobs those men are not supposed to be dimwits in all reasons.

Wewe hapo sasa ndio unaniambia eeh?

Aisee, nisomee wapi? Most of these stories are in fictional books.

wewe wakurya hawajawai kutawaliwa na any tribe sisi tulikua mabody wa huku ata maasai who were fierce were only afraid of kuria.maasai tu ndio alikua tisho but bado tuliwaibia ngombe walikua wanaogopa poisoned arrows from our archers.thats why you find some maa names we share like getangita and mwikwabe(kwavi maasai) if you killed a maasai.my explanation is superficial though

The fact that you stated Majimaji to be rebellion instead of the war, you leave me with so many questions on the schools, colleges, books and who taught you East African History/Resistance.

Nikisoma facing Mount Kenya. Kenyatta anautukuza ukikuyu sana as if nchi wamepewa wenyewe na ngai wao na makabila mengine haya exist
