Hivi mtu kuwa Cream inamaanisha kuwa na First Class au Upper Second?

Nimeipenda sana hii post.kwanza kabisa GPA ni kigezo cha kwanza kwa employer yeyote ikiwa ni kama kutafuta someone who is qualified for specific job.then hii sio chuo tu ni kwa level zote za elimu kuwa aliyefaulu zaidi ndo mwenye akili zaidi no mattter ali cheat paper or not.kwaiyo hata kujiunga na elimu ya juu TCU huwa wanagrade zao.kwa upande wa waajiri wanaamini GPA kubwa ndo skills nzuri..vipi katika uhalisia.ukweli ni kuwa GPA kubwa sio skills ya kutosha maana wapo wenye ndogo na wanaperform kazi vizri tofauti na wenye GPA kubwa..lastly,ni vyema kupambana na kupata performance nzuri katika academic mana ndo mwanzo mzuri..

Nashukuru mungu mimi nina GPA 2 kama mwalimu nmeajiriwa tena dar es salaamu-kinondön. Wenye GPA ndogo karibu ualimu maana hamna uwezo. Aliyefeli form form alienda ualimu. Six ualimu .chuo Ambao sio walimu na wana GPA Ndogo karibu ualimu kila kila kitu kidogo. Ila GPA Ndogo huku kungine usilalamike maana uwezo.
 
Na hapa ndio wanafunzi wengi wa vyuo mnapojichanganya na kudanganyana eti oooh.. GPA haina maana.. We hebu jiweke kwenye nafasi ya muajiri, umepokea application 100 za watu ambao wote wana degree. Wewe unahitaji watu wawili. Utaangalia kigezo gani kuwachuja? Maana unapozungumzia performance maana yake ni lazma nikuajiri kwanza, nikupe kazi ndio ntajua performance yako!

Sisi wenye GPA Ndogo daa tunajitetea sana. Tunatoa mifana kujifariji. Ualimu hakuna interview shwaaa unaingia bila shaka. Kwan hyo GPA Ndogo ulipenda kupata au ndio uwezo? Usilalamike bana si ulicheza chuo sasa basi komaa.
 
Hv jamani chuo maana yake nini? Chuo ni sehemu ya kujifunza theory na sio practice. Kwa hyo hapa mtu mwenye kufaulu vizuri ndio mzuri .sasa kama wewe huna theory unapractice nini?

GPA kubwa inafaida hasa kwa waotaka ajira za kufundi vyuo vikuu, ila taasisi nyingine wanawaogopa kwa sababu ni wepesi kushawishika kuacha kazi

Grade point averages, test scores, interviews and even resumes are poor indicators of whether a job applicant is right for the position, said a top human resources executive at Google.
“One of the things we’ve seen from all our data crunching is that G.P.A.’s are worthless as a criteria for hiring, and test scores are worthless,” said Laszlo Bock, senior vice president of people operations at Google, in a recent interview with The New York Times.
Google doesn’t even ask applicants to submit their GPAs and test scores anymore, unless they are very recent college graduates.
Interviews with prospective candidates weren’t very useful, either. The company conducted a study of its hiring process and concluded that there was “zero correlation” between how well an interview went and a
hired employee’s job performance.
Google also abandoned its infamous practice of asking interviewees incredibly difficult brain teaser questions. Here was a sample question, courtesy of Business Insider:
“Every wife in the village instantly knows when a man other than her husband has cheated, but does not know when her own husband has. The village has a law that does not allow for adultery. Any wife who can prove that her husband is unfaithful must kill him that very day. The women of the village would never disobey this law. One day, the queen of the village visits and announces that at least one husband has been unfaithful. What happens?”
Maddeningly difficult logic puzzles, like the one above, “don’t predict anything,” said Bock. “We found that brainteasers are a complete waste of time,” he said.
The reason that grades and test scores tend not to predict success in the workplace is that the work environment is nothing like a school environment, said Bock. College classes are highly structured, and stress excellence in a narrow set of skills that are often irrelevant to job performance.
“I think academic environments are artificial environments,” he said. “People who succeed there are sort of finely trained, they’re conditioned to succeed in that environment.”
In lieu of traditional measures of achievement, hiring executives are cutting out the middlemen of resumes and studying applicants directly via their online presence. Internet searches can paint a fairly compelling portrait of a prospective employee, and job-oriented networking services like LinkedIn help connect employers to the people who interest them.

First class mi naona ni mkao tu ila ukiwaweka wote kati ya first na upper second kwenye delivery wanaweza kuwa sawa!!!!!!

Ila kwa kazi za vitendo au zenye matokeo ya kuonekana kama engineering waweza kuta mtu gpa kubwa ila akawa sio mzuri sana site na mwenye gpa ndogo akawa poa tu site!!!!

Niliomaliza nao mimi chuo kwa mfano wakati tunafanya masters walikuwa na gpa lower second na upper za undergrad lakini walikuwa wazuri sana tu hata kwenye seminar leading/tutorials/presentations lakini hawakuweza kubaki chuo na kufundisha kuliko waliobakishwa kwa kigezo cha gpa kubwa ilhali ile gpa akisimama hapo huioni!!!!

upper second class siyo GPA ya kubeza, hawa wanaweza kuwa watafiti wazuri sana na wahadhiri kwa kutumia vigezo vya tcu na nacte
