Over 100 schools have been affected by unrest in the past two months as policymakers scramble to identify the causes of the crisis that threatens to spiral out of control.

Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i is scheduled to meet with the clergy and Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association members on Thursday at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development to explore ways of ending the arson wave.

Hehehe...You have heard? And what is so special about Muslim schools? FYI, Matiang'i can't fire a teacher. Only TSC can do that.

I doubt whether these things are being done by students. If it's the students doing it, they've probably learnt it from idiots who go around burning cars and supermarkets. There is nothing repsectable in burning things as you "fight for democracy"
