Negotiations are in a pretty advanced stage as a Milan deal for Conti could occur by the end of this week. After having signed Musacchio, Rodriguez, Kessie and André Silva, Andrea Conti might soon become Milan's fifth signing of the 2017 summer.

The young Italian wing-back is pushing to join Milan as he wants to join Montella's team as soon as possible. Atalanta were initially asking for 30 million euros but are now willing to accept 28 million euros for him. Milan are still currently offering around 20 million euros but this difference shouldn't be much of a problem since the rossoneri club are also willing to offer a few youth players.

There are actually many names that are possible including older players such as Gabriel Paletta and Juraj Kucka. Then there are also the younger players which Atalanta are really focusing on.

First off there is Luca Vido and then there is Mattia Pessina. Both of these players had a strong World cup with the Italian U-20 side as Milan might think hard before letting them go. Atalanta also like Gian Filippo Felicioli too as well as Raoul Bellanova (who plays with the Italy U17 side). These are some of Milan's top youth products as they will have to carefully choose which ones to give up....

Powerful players’ agent Jorge Mendes is reported to have offered James Rodriguez to AC Milan.

The Colombian attacking winger is also known to be a transfer target of Real Madrid but
reports in Italy claim the Portuguese agent would prefer his client to move to Milan where Andre Silva (another star represented by Mendes) has just landed.

Spanish news outlet Don Balon reported yesterday that AC Milan are open to offer € 60 million to sign the Colombian but Sportitalia reports talks between the two clubs have not begun yet.

James Rodriguez is likely to leave Real Madrid in the summer but both Chelsea and Manchester United are also interested. The player’s agent is on very good terms with AC Milan given that the two parties have just completed the Andre Silva move from Porto to AC Milan.

According to several previous reports, however,
Real Madrid’s asking price for James Rodriguez is higher than € 60 million and that’s another reason why the rossoneri are not likely to sign the Colombian for that fee.
