From Spain: Milan believe they can beat Barcelona to Liverpool star due to tax relief scheme

AC Milan and Inter are both keen on signing Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum on a free transfer, according to a report from Spain.

The Dutchman has entered the final year of the five-year deal he penned at Anfield, and there seems to be no movement over his future despite his important to Jurgen Klopp.

A number of reports have claimed that Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman has picked out the 29-year-old as a firm transfer target, and Wijnaldum will be able to sign pre-contract agreement with another club in January.

According to a report from Spanish source TF, Milan are also thinking of Wijnaldum as a potential reinforcement for their midfield department that would come at a low cost. The club could take advantage of the tax relief that the Italian government offers, and are ready to put a serious offer on the table.

Wijnaldum has also ended up in the sights of Inter too, and it is expected there will be developments regarding his future before the January window open

There could be just one change to the starting XI when Italy
visit Bosnia-Herzegovina in the Nations League, Domenico
Berardi stepping in.

It kicks off in Sarajevo on Wednesday at 19.45 GMT.

A victory would guarantee top spot in Group A and
qualification for the Final Four phase of the competition.

The squad remains decimated by injuries and COVID-19, as
there were 28 available for the 2-0 win against Poland on
Sunday from an original 41-man group.

Coach Roberto Mancini is still self-isolating at home with
Coronavirus, so assistant manager Alberico Evani is on the
bench once again.

He said in his press conference that there probably would not
be many changes to the side that started the game with
Poland.

Much depends on the fitness levels of Alessandro Florenzi and
Andrea Belotti, who had already been in doubt at the weekend,
but were able to start and play most of the match.

It’s reported if they pass fitness tests, then the only real
change will see Sassuolo star Berardi replace Federico
Bernardeschi of Juventus in the trident attack.

Berardi came off the bench against Poland and scored the
second goal, after Jorginho converted a penalty.

Elsewhere, Alessandro Bastoni should retain his centre-back
spot with Francesco Acerbi, but as it would be the Inter
defender’s third consecutive start, it’s possible he’ll be spared
with Napoli full-back Giovanni Di Lorenzo adapted to take over
instead.

Bosnia-Herzegovina have many problems and sit bottom of
the Nations League group with just two points from five
games.

However, one of those points was in their opening 1-1 draw in
Turin on September 4.

Roma striker Edin Dzeko scored in that game and is out of
action with COVID-19, so Smail Prevljak is likely to get the nod
upfront with Torino’s Amer Gojak.

Former Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic pulls the midfield
strings with Milan’s Rade Krunic.

Probable line-ups

Bosnia-Herzegovina (4-3-3):

Sehic; Todorovic, Kovacevic,
Sanicanin, Kolasinac; Cimirot, Pjanic, Krunic; Visca, Prevljak,
Gojak

Italy (4-3-3):

G Donnarumma; Florenzi, Acerbi, Bastoni,
Emerson; Barella, Jorginho, Locatelli; Berardi, Belotti, Insigne

🎙️Pobega spoke to Gazzetta: "I want to return to AC Milan. Before going to Spezia, I played two friendly games against Monza and Vicenza. And I realized that Milan was ready for the leap in quality: it's a great team and everyone knows what to do on the pitch." https://t.co/pRMDLB6nUo

🎙️Fabio Capello, former Milan coach spoke to CorSport: "AC Milan is obviously not first by chance. There is a good midfield and the team has dynamism. They can reach the goal with several players, so they have an unpredictability that amplifies their danger."

MILAN MAKE A 'BIG ADVANCE' TO LAND JUVENTUS WINGER - OFFER OF PERSONAL TERMS REVELAED

AC Milan have made a concrete attempt to land Federico Bernardeschi by tabling a contract offer for the Juventus winger, it is claimed.

The Rossoneri continue to be linked with targets for the right wing where Samu Castillejo is failing to live up to expectations and could depart the club, and while Florian Thauvin of Marseille continues to be the player most frequently mentioned, Bernardeschi’s name has never been far away over the past couple of windows.

According to what is being reported by Juventus journalist Fabrizio Momblano, Milan have made a ‘big advance’ for Bernardeschi and have even offered him a contract.

The terms that they have put forward includes a salary of €700,000 less in terms of a net yearly amount compared to what he earns at Juventus, but the player is open to a solution that can guarantee stability and can help him get back into the Italy fold ahead of the European Championships.

Lyon are also keen on the 26-year-old, who has made six appearances across all competitions this season under Andrea Pirlo having fallen behind Federico Chiesa in the pecking order, and is yet to score.

📰Romano: There is no time to waste because Milan know that Juventus is one of the clubs that pay attention to Lovato as well, but they're not the only ones. Milan is certain of the player's characteristics. The race for Matteo Lovato has really begun.

📰Fabrizio Romano: AC Milan is getting serious for Lovato. The €20M price tag is negotiable, the player could leave Verona for €15M. Work in progress, the idea is that Lovato can play in a 4-man defense, despite being used to the 3-man system with coach Ivan Juric.

From Spain: Milan winger moves closer to exit as Sevilla begin negotiating €12m deal
By Oliver Fisher - 20 November 2020, 18:42
Sevilla are looking to beat the competition from two rival LaLiga clubs and sign AC Milan winger Samu Castillejo, a report claims.

According to Spanish outlet TF, Sevilla intend to close the signing of Castillejo during the January transfer window, with the player aware that he has been made available for transfer and with Atlético Madrid and Villarreal also interested.

The relationship between the two clubs is good, as Sevilla sporting director Monchi has a great relationship with Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, having completed the operation for Suso earlier in the year.

Although the Andalusian club already have Suso for the right wing, Jesús Navas could leave at the end of the season and it is urgent to strengthen that side.

Castillejo has given Sevilla the green light regarding a potential move and as a result things are beginning to heat up, with an asking price of around €12m established by the Milan management.

Agent Igor Kojic, who represents Andrija Radulovic, an 18 year old Serbian player of Red Star Belgrade, spoke to http://interlive.it: "My client's name is on AC Milan's table, with the scouts following him since Boban was at the head of the sports area."

🎙️Mihajlović: "Ibrahimovic and the Serie A defenders? It's like me and my 5 year-old kid. They're all afraid to mark him. Before Milan-Bologna, I had told my defenders to mark him. They all walked away and he scored a brace."
