AC Milan have fallen out of the top 10 clubs in Europe in terms of the revenue they receive from shirt sponsorships, a report claims.

Calcioe e Finanza have published a study which looks at revenues from sponsors for the major European football clubs – in particular from the continent’s top five leagues – and how much the clubs collect from their technical sponsor and their so-called main sponsors that appear on shirts.

The revenues they looked at are for 2019 and 2020, and it is no surprised that Real Madrid are in the lead as they earn €190million annually thanks to their agreements with Adidas and Fly Emirates.

Manchester United and Barcelona follow with €161m and €160m respectively, while Milan pocket just €24.9m and are now out of the top 10 as a result.

Of that amount, €14m comes from Emirates and €10.9m from Puma – numbers that will inevitably fall given that the new agreement with the Arab airline will soon see a drop in revenues of up to €10m per year.

Among the Italian clubs Juventus are ranked first and eighth place overall with €96m, while Inter are on €36.8m.

AC Milan continue to look a back-up for
Ibrahimovic and outcast Andrea Conti could be
the key to landing a new striker.

Andrea Conti’s adventure at AC Milan is nearing the end
credits. The Italian full-back has slipped down the pecking
order.

Coach Stefano Pioli considers Davide Calabria the
regular starter and he is playing the best football of his career
this season.

Often, when the former Primavera was rested, Pioli preferred
to play Diogo Dalot rather than Andrea Conti.

He has made
only two appearances this season so the former Atalanta
understandably is ready to leave. His future will almost
certainly still be in Italy.

Fiorentina, Genoa and Parma want to sign Conti and Parma
were very close to securing his services on loan last summer.

However, AC Milan would prefer to see their 24 million euros
signing join Cagliari.

The Rossoneri are looking a back-up for Zlatan Ibrahimovic
while Cagliari are on the market for a right-back.

Cagliari
striker Leonardo Pavoletti, who has become a reserve of
Giovanni Simeone, is one of the names AC Milan are
considering as Ibra’s back-up reports MilanLive .

The experienced Italian striker, who in the past has played for
Genoa and Napoli, is also a transfer target for Juventus and
Inter.

A swap deal (on loan) between Conti and Pavoletti
would be the ideal solution for the Rossoneri.

Andrea would
get more play time and Pavoletti is a veteran player with
plenty of experience in Serie A.

It’s up to Cagliari to decided
whether this deal is also suitbale to them.

A possible deal between Milan and Torino, @tuttosport writes of a swap Soualiho Meite’ for Krunic.
Milan looking above all for a defender, Simakan, Kabak, Milenkovic, but are not cheap.
The Rossoneri could therefore turn to Nicolas Nkoulou who is not going to renew with the Toro.

Milan arguably have one of the most beautiful training grounds in the football world, namely Milanello. It is often hailed by the players who train there, especially known for its way of creating a family-feel environment.

As reported by today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the training ground is getting a makeover by the club, who have started the renovation process. This will make the facility a lot more modern, per the report.

The work will start with some secondary parts of the structure before the main clubhouse will be modernised towards the end of the year. For example, they recently started with the former guesthouse, which was used in the past to host the Primavera.

In the summer, the modernisation of the main parts of the training ground will begin. Hopefully, it will make the training ground look even better, although you certainly can’t complain about its current state.

🗣️ Romano: Young defender makes decision on #ACMilan transfer amid expiring contract

According to #Kickest", Milan is the team that has hit the most woods (25) in Serie A throughout the 2020 calendar year.
The Rossoneri are followed, by Roma (22), Juventus (20), Napoli (19) and Hellas Verona (18).

Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini announced today in press conference that they’re “working to keep Amad Diallo on loan until June”.

... but Manchester United want Amad to join the club immediatly and not in June. And @Amaddiallo79 priority is to join #MUFC right now. 🔴🛩

🎙Stefano Pioli 🇮🇹 [AC Milan]: "I ask my players to do more, because what we did in 2020 no longer counts for nothing, we have not won anything. We have to be even more ambitious. In 2021 we will start again with great enthusiasm and confidence" #ACMilan #Milan https://t.co/XBQBf5w0cT
