Hon Mr Justice Chipeta (RTD) is no more

Hon Retired Judge of the High Court of Tanzania, His Lordship Hon Mr. Justice Buxton Chipeta has succumbed to the calling of his almighty God today. Hon Mr. Justice Chipeta was a luminary having served the bench for quite some time. He has authored several legal books on procedure for Magistrates and Public Prosecutors.

I am wondering if there is any NGO which its mission to advocacy government leaders to prepare themselves for life after retirement. Most of senior government employees' retirees they can not cope with life outside their employment status
