In Kenya there are over 40 inter-changes/ and many fly-overs built in the last 10 years,
sasa inter-change yenu ya kwanza mnaanza thread.... anzeni kujilinganisha na Uganda na Rwanda... hicho ndicho kiwango chenu..

Flyovers na inter-changes are so common in Kenya, nobody bothers with them any more...
