A University Student's Story

I am a university student at [University X] located in Dar es Salaam. Every holiday, I have a habit of returning home to [My Home Region] to be with my parents. At home, my parents live with a house help who assists them with chores around the house.

As many know, men often face temptations. At first, I tried to resist, but one day I gave in and ended up sleeping with the house help. What started as a one-time incident turned into a habit, and nearly every day, we would engage in that relationship.

What I didn’t realize was that the house help had her own intentions. She was seeking to become pregnant. A few days ago, she approached me and revealed that she had been feeling unwell and had gone to the hospital, where she found out she was pregnant.

Now, I am filled with stress and anxiety. The problem isn’t the pregnancy itself, but the fact that I do not love this woman. Worse still, I can't even stand the thought of being with her or seeing her every day.
