“I am Henry Ford, whatever I don’t wear”

Once, when he was already a billionaire, Henry Ford came to England on business. At the airport information desk, he asked about the cheapest hotel in the city. The clerk glanced at him — his face was famous. Newspapers around the world often wrote about Ford. And here he stands here - in a raincoat that looks older than himself and asks about the cheapest hotel. The clerk asked uncertainly:

“If I’m not mistaken, are you Mr. Henry Ford?”

- Yes, - he answered.

The clerk was surprised.

- I follow the news, and I know that your son, arriving somewhere, always stays in the best hotels, and is always beautifully dressed. And you ask the cheapest hotel and wear a raincoat, which seems to be no younger than you. Do you save money?

Henry Ford replied with irritation:

- I have no reason to stay in an expensive hotel; wherever I am, I am Henry Ford. In the cheapest hotel, I do not care Henry Ford, there is no difference. My son is still young and inexperienced, he is afraid of what people will think if he stays in a cheap hotel. And this coat - yes, this coat was still worn by my father, but it does not matter; Why do I need new rags? I am Henry Ford, whatever I wear; always and everywhere i am henry ford. And the rest does not matter.
