I am seeking for your Advice brothers

Dear Brother at Jamii forum, I am looking for public universities/colleges of health science that offer a diploma and certificate programs in medical laboratory science and technology,clinical officer and other programs specialized in health services.Also i would like to know if ,it will be possible to get a chance for admission to those programs for these results: I got the following grades in form 4 exams; Biology C, Chemistry B, Physics B, English C, Geography C, Basic Maths D, History D, Kiswahili D and Civics D in 2008, also i attended A-level education but my result was not good enough to get a certificate, so am trying to use my CSEE to apply for admission to the programs above. Please help me dear brothers coz am not familiar in this matter. You may give a names of universities or their website.
