I Employed as a Teacher from2008 in Hardship Environment in the Bush and I Served there for four years.It was Named Matipwili sec School in Bagamoyo near Saadani national park.Once it was executed from the DEO office that for teacher Upgrading and further studies always should be schedulled and held per teacher in a year.My Fellow succeeded and applied and joined to Udom.In the Next year it was a time for me to school.Good enough I Applied and selected by TCU and Bad enough I Was transfered suddenly.I Apllied in May and Result were in September.I Received a Letter for transfer in July 2011.I Was transfered in Chalinze in Lugoba in Kata Shool. I wrote a letter for Permission and the headmaster signed the duty and bad enough the DEO refused and said its a new station you must postpone your studies now,I said Yes and it was not a simple calculation relevant to the pillars of University.I Joined to the University and I tried to Postpone and I Failed.I The next Month october2011 my salary was CUT OFF.I started to live a hardlife of Bread day and night in my own country.I lived like a refugee and My Family suffer enough.After6month my wife died in KCMC For Anemia and as long as she was Pregnant she died and left alive the child.I Requested my auint to handle the child so as for me to continue for further sudies in my First Year.Once I Visited the DED office but nothing i was solved it was all dizness in such.Im very sad when I Here that there is rights and freedom in Tanzania.Everyone in his Positon is there to satisify there demands and not others.I Believe Freedom and a human right it doesnt exist.Its all Myth for to say the Goverment is Full of Rights and democracy.For advice call or text 0759063942 as I have sold my Pc to survive I Join here accidentally.Tears come down when people are celebrating 50years of independence which is a Flag independence.Leaders use Dictorship as they are in a hardTopas they can Jugde enough internally.I Swear I WILL NEVER HAVE A VOTE IN THIS COUNTRY.Teachers we are being segregated enough and enough

Pia umejitahidi kuandika kiingereza lakini kama mwalimu na mtu aliyeko chuo kikuu jaribu kutumia Kiswahili, jinsi ulivyoandika hiyo lugha na mpangilio wake kunakufanya uonekane kama uko chini ya viwango. Wakati mwingine tufanye yale ambayo tunayoweza kwa ufanisi ili kujenga mazingira kuonekana competent na sio mbabaishaji.
