Overtime unaanza kujua this works for me that doesnt nk...mix na self acceptance na kujitunza na ninii ur growing older ,making wiser choices,generally utulivu wa nafsi na maisha hivii unaleta hio connection hadi kwenye libido; its emotionau explore more na unaujua mwili wako vizuri..u knw places he shld touch and places he shouldnt

Hence u enjoy everytime and keep wanting more of it, cause i mean whyy not if u enjoy every encounter
And if the emotions are right na mtu wako even better!..nashangaa watu wanaobania unyumba🤗

my take would be;
Explore it, ride wth the wave,master ur body,savor every moment u get,..cause why not?!

cz to be honest..imagine seeking medical suppression for libido, what if ur body wont react well?. Okay it may react well..but hormones influence behaviour and moods/emotions hence a change in lifestyle to a certain degree should be expected..Doctors know more

Was treating a certain condition once and the Doctor told me one of the causes ni hormonal imbalance which eventually brings the libido u experince..he asked me if we could balance it and was like noo..i havent seen any side effects yet so lets leave it and was not sure if my body would be receptive..

Haha it sounded rather funnyy..cause i enjoy my phase to be honest,

Trust me it wont go out of control easily..cause 'control' is a lifestyle to u..anyone starting sex at 24!married to his first man and plus if u have never cheated that is a lifestyle..u js cant be wild ..and if u will be..it will come with great caution....to guard ur long standing reputation

i dont know i think ts quite a process for a woman to hook up wth a new person...

maybe if home is now really a big routine hence predictable and boring ...so quickies elsewhere can appear appealing to spice up things..well not a good way really
