I need to set up a FMCG company in Tanzania. Your contribution is highly appreciated.

1. I need to propose a strategy on how to start the business right now on a smaller but practical size. I want to be non less than the market "leader" in the next 2/3 years.
2. What is the minimum capital required. I dont need to take a full container but say x items (i leave the numbers for you to propose). I need fast selling items to put on the market. I need to propose various items to put on the market. It can be solar or any other items....please suggests as many as possible.
3. I need to propose the minimum needs to set up the business.
a) Say a Van to bring the items to the buyers. Do I need to buy it or can I rent it? How much for both. I remind I can drive it. It might be possible that I dont even need it to start the business and pay transport when required.
b) Storage, where can I find a well secured store to start with and how much does it costs? It could be part of my own house, a room for example. I start small and I grow.
One of the Top African richest man started assembling pens in his room making it a million $ business.
4. A strategy on how I will sell to whole sellers and individuals.
5. I would like to propose a 5 yr business plan on how to be the market leader in the field.

Please i need your immediate contributions so i could start as soon as possible.

FMCG-fast moving consumer goods(soda, soaps, cookies, toilet papers etc) vitu vyote vyenye maisha mafupi, vinalika/kutumika mara kwa mara na watu wengi na vina gharama ndogo na hata faida kwa unit mara nyingi ni ndogo sana.
