What can you say about this most dangerou man ?

First of all he needs his mental health be checked, if he is mentally okay then he have to be punished in accordance with law for religious extremism in umbrella of Islam, the extremism which does not comply with Islamic teachings of living in peace and harmony with other humanbeings and worship Allah, and if he is proved to be mentally ill then he has to be hospitalised and treated as a mental disorder patient.

Islam does not permit to take life of a single innocent human being, thus what The Boko haram is doing is not Islamic but their political ambitions in the umbrella of Islam resulting into tarnishing the clean image of Islam.

That's my take.
