Nice combo....but one mistake most people make in my opinion is blending them together..

Banana and dates has no charf..easy to know because when you eat both there's nothing to spit out but Tigernuts and coconut there's always something left to spit out by choice though some swallow the charfs anyways.so by blending all you are wasting your banana and dates...

Blend banana and dates together then blend Tigernuts and Coconut together sieve then mix with already blended banana and dates it'd give you a whole new level of perfection..

Try it if you've not done so before 👍
