I didn't know about it, but a quick Google search reveals that it's a test done to measure one's ability to cope with dynamic situations as opposed to qualifications which are meant to benchmark academics and intellectual achievements. You can book for test in Kenya here ACATS – Kandrov Africa

That's why you can find a Kenyan handed job as a CEO for Vodacom Tz, yet she doesn't even have a master.

One thing I've noted about Tanzanians, most don't take these additional tests seriously, just the other day I needed to recruit three Tanzanians for some project, one of the qualification was they must have ISTQB certification, believe it or not we advertised all over and not a single one was available, and the few ones we found are already comfortably employed.

Thanks MK254. In fact I'm asked to schedule my ACATS with Kandrov Africa or ATW Testing centre or any other accredited ACATS invigilator. Kandrov Africa is in Nairobi. Do we have an accredited ACATS invigilator in Dar? I want to take this test before the end of this week pls.

Again do a google search to see whether this so called "ACATS" is in Dar. Hii dunia hauwezi songa steps mbili bila kutumia google. That's free advice my brother, in case you want it.

The website I gave you, they claim to offer the exam anywhere, wherever you are.
