Ipi hukumu ya kuchukua mkopo wa riba

Asalaaam aleikum,ipi hukumu ya kuchukua mikopo ya riba? Wakuu naombeni msaada aisee wakuu

Dhambi la riba ni miongoni mwa Madhambi Makuu. Dhambi hili limeelezwa vyema kabisa katika riwaya na Ahadith za Mtume Muhammad s.a.w.w., Al-Imam ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib a.s., Al-Imam Ja’afer as-Sadiq a.s., Al-Imam Musa al-Kadhim a.s. na Al-Imam Muhammad at-Taqi a.s.

Kwa mujibu wa Qur’an tukufu, kuchukua riba ni dhambi ambalo linasababisha adhabu kali kabisa kutoka kwa Allah swt. Adhabu za kuchukua na kutoza riba ni kali kabisa kuliko madhambi mengine. Kama ilivyoelezwa katika Surah Aali Imran, 3, : 130 - 131:
Allah swt anatuambia katika Surah al Baqarah, 2, Ayah ya 275:
‘ Wale wanaokula riba, hawasimami ila kama anavyosimama yule ambaye Shaitani kamzuga kwa kumsawaa; na haya ni kwa sababu wamesema, ‘biashara ni kama riba’, Allah ameihalalisha biashara na kaiharamisha riba. N a aliyefikiwa na mauidha kutoka kwa Mola wake, kisha kajizuia, basi yamekwisha mthibitikia yale (mali) aliyoipata; na hukumu yake iko kwa Allah. Lakini wanaorejea (kula riba) basi hao ndio watu wa Motoni, humo watakaa milele.’

In numerous places the Torah (Hebrew Bible) prohibits a Jew from borrowing, lending or being a party to a transaction that involves charging another Jew interest.1 The Hebrew term generally used is ribit, which roughly means “increase.”

The prohibition of ribit is a strange one. It applies only when both parties are Jewish, regardless of how rich or poor they may be. However, a Jew is permitted to borrow money from a non-Jew and pay interest to him on the loan, thereby enriching him; and a Jewish person is also permitted to lend money to a non-Jew who asks for a loan and collect interest from him, just as non-Jews are permitted to lend and borrow money to and from each other with interest.

Nadhani hili ndio lilipelekea moja ya sababu ya antisemitism; na ndio maana kuna hadithi za kina Shylock na haikusaidia kupata watu kama kina Rothschild, anyway Moneylenders wengi wakati wa Middle ages walikuwa Jews...
