Saa hii Kiganjo Kuna training ya special units zenye zitakuwa decentralized kwa kila subcounty...we will no longer rely on Recce squad alone.
Every subcounty under the subcounty comander will be having the capability to deal with hostage situations e.t.c

Kenya will not attack Uganda for obvious reasons
1) They are our biggest trading partner in east africa, if they were not buying our products, like you , we would have taken over by force. The money they give to Kenya annually by buying our products and using mombasa port, far outweighs the value they get from Migingo even though we know it is Kenyan territory
2)Kenya has a commitment never to invade another eac country, unlike you who attacked Uganda, but i am sure if you try that now Uganda will take over Tanzania in 24 hrs
