Somalia is a serious threat to EA and you still ridicule Kenya. War is never the answer...even the mighty USA has not managed it's wars...they too have casualties everyday!

You surely do not know well the God you speak of because He would never condone this kind of statements. I suggest you leave God out of your personal feelings because God doesn't preach war nor does he favor the death of innocent people.
 
Kenya wataondoka na aibu kama alivyoondoka "mmerakani" some years back!. Kenyans are not going to war however watakuwa wanapigana "Proxy" war wanapigana on behalf of America....that is how stupid our african leaders are. you fight your brother on behalf of white what a shame??? dollar ni tamu bwana si unajua jamaa ni wabepari. wamechukua mshiko kutoka US...watakufa wakenya wengi..sisi yetu macho...

Hata hivyo ujue kwamba somalia inahitaji msaada kwa hali ilivyo kule. Nani awe wa kwanza kutoa msaada? Ni wazi ni sisi waafrika wenzao, na hasa wale majirani. Zipo njia nyingi za kutoa msaada mojawapo ikiwa hiyo ya kuingilia kijeshi kama last resort. Ndivyo hata Tz ilivyofanya kule Komoro. Matatizo hayajiondokei menyewe, lazima yakabiliwe. Wale wenzetu wana hali mbaya. Wao wameshindwa kujisaidia wanahitaji kusaidiwa kwa njia moja au nyingine.

Na pengine kwa sasa njia pekee ni hiyo ya kijeshi. Ni wazi ni njia hatari, inagharimu maisha ya watu. Ndiyo maana ni last resort baada ya njia nyingine zote kushindwa.

Shida: wakati mwingine mtu uko tayari kusaidia lakini huna nyenzo au vifaa. Ukipewa na jirani sidhani kama ni vibaya kama kile unachotaka kukifanya ni chema, hakina hila. Kumbe mi sioni shida iwapo Kenya - kama kweli yaenda kuzipiga - ikawa imepewa silaha na marekani kuingilia huo mgogoro. Naamini lengo ni jema. Ujue hata marekani yenyewe kama superpower itapigana vita ngapi? Kumbe kama kwa kushirikiana na wengine inaweza kusaidia kurudisha hali ya usalama ni jambo jema.

Kumbe kusema Kenya itapigana kwa niaba ya marekani inategemea unaliangalia tatizo hilo kutoka kona gani! Yawezekana marekani ina malengo yake, lakini pia jamii ya Afrika ina malengo yake mema tu. Ona jinsi wasomali wameleta maafa makubwa kwa nchi zetu kutokana na kutokuwa na serikali. Kumekuwa na uharamia, ukosefu wa amani, poaching hasa Tz, nk. Ni hatari hao jamaa!

Sorry I will differ there with you tumain.
Your argument lacks indepth analysis on the reasons and also the objective of containing the Somali problem.
On the contrary, stupidity lies in waiting for Al Shabab and Al Qaeda to knock at the doors of Nairobi, it will be too late by then.
Your idea of Kenya fighting a "proxy war" for and on behalf of America is misguided and at best naive on your part.
I am a Mtz, and I see sense in containing the problem before it spills into East Africa.

Somalia is a threat and that is the awful truth...they are lawless and that means that anything goes...they are capable of anything and are not subject to any legal system.
Do not talk about drug dealing...it is bigger than u think...Drug dealing is a syndicated business and alot of Goverments are invovlved in it...the inside story about drug dealing will give one sleepless nights...nightmares.
Brown sugar/heroine inatokea Afghanistan...ndio wanakuza poppy for the drug trade what does that tell you about the so called Al qaeda and their religion.
Ni wazi kwamba Al qaeda, Taliban na such associations give a bad name to Islam...I have very many muslim friends and they are all very good people.

Mkuu why do you feel that someone is trying to destroy the Muslim world. This is why we don't move forward because we tend to see things on the basis of religion, race and those kind of things. So if Somalia was a Christian country you would have said Kenya is trying to destroy the Christian world. Speak up against war but don't make it out to be as if every war is on the basis of religion. When the 9/11 terrorist acts occurred I didn't hear people say it was an attack on the Christian world. It was called what it was and it was simply terrorism.
