I don't understand these people at all. Right now Magufuli has fired the director of National laboratory blaming them and at the same time blaming the test kits. Then your observation ain't on point. Patial lockdown and cessation of movement has helped spread of the virus countrywide. The numbers of infections you are hearing of are mostly from old Mombasa and Eastleigh.Well, for me it's very likely the so called 'partial lockdown' or curfew was and isn't that helpful in Kenya and other countries for that matter. For diseases that spread so rapidly as COVID-19, 'half measures' are not helpful. You either do 'full lockdown' and do that 'forever' or not.
