Is President Magufuli an isolationist?

I think this could be grammatically sounding, .....

Perhaps, he considers the meetings being irrelevant to his State(state vs nation as per this respect), saying that English is a problem to him might not be true.

Before you ask all these questions you need to ask yourself are his priorities aligned with those of the EAC and SADC leaders?

Most of these leaders are prioritizing protecting the lives of their citizens against COVID-19 by sacrificing a huge chunk of their countries' economy, he seems to be more concerned with saving the economy by sacrificing the lives of the country's citizens. So why should he bother to attend meetings with people who have different agendas/priorities/ideologies?

It's a clear message that he does not care for anyone's life but his own (and maybe that of his family), that's why he is in isolation in his local village while insisting that people should continue working hard to save the economy, we are all his pawns and he is the king
 
Kama yuko chato maana yake hakuna video conference system, inategemea na sehemu alipo kwa sasa. Hata Dodoma ni makao makuu mapya sijui na sina uhakika kama kuna video conference system katika ofisi yake, cha muhimu tuulize Magufuli yuko wapi?. Mkuu kama yuko against lockdown then angeweza kuweka mawazo yake across labda viongozi wenzake wangejifunza kutoka kwake...achene kumtetea bana..majadiliano ndio ishu which is understandable.

To majority Tanzanians is a non issue except to few chadema members of Parliament who does not represent majority of Tanzanians

Even to me Corona is a non issue I join hands with my president

CCM members we differ in many issues but majority of CCM nembers we don't differ with our CCM chairman and President Magufuli on the issue of Corona it is a non issue

The stance he took is the stance that majority CCM members and Tanzanians want

... excellent! Wewe mkazo wako ni kwenye uchumi wao mkazo ni kwenye afya za wananchi; kwanini msijadiliane kubadilishana uzoefu? Au kutafuta mbinu za ku-balance the two - uchumi vs afya? I believe wangetoka na makubaliano ya pamoja ambayo yange-balance hizo issues mbili muhimu.
