Is the DAILY NATION KENYA against Obama's visi to Tanzania?

Is the DAILY NATION KENYA against Obama's visi to Tanzania?

Mimi niko mpakani na Kenya, hawa watu wa Kenya sio wa kuungana nao kabisa,ni wabinafsi na wanatuona wa Tz km mambumbu.

Perhaps you could advice your government then to consider building a wall between Kenya and Tanzania, that way you could ensure that we don't get to mix with you. As it is you may be in for a heart break. Pole ndugu.

Such ideas should be relegated to the stone age. Keep repeating something often and people will believe it. English is a foreign Language and knowledge of English is not a measure of development. The problem is that children growing up are continuously bombarded with such notions that people from a particular country are more capable than they are at acquiring/learning a language. That results in zero motivation and the same people parading this stereotype will be the first to criticise the poor performance in the same. Unless you have been absent from the country, let me kindly inform you that it is not uncommon nowadays to find primary school children from public schools conversing in English on the Daladala.
Kijana nimefanya kazi nairobi for sometimes na pia nimekuwa involvedkwenye recruitment za vijana makazini LUGHA SHIDA KWA VIJANA WETU ILO HALINA UBISHI.
Na pia nadhani hukunielewa niliposema kuwa labda watatuzidi KIINGLISH Kumbuka Kenya iyo ndo lugha ya mawasiliano just like Kiswahili in Tanzania unless kama ilo nalo unabisha.

A week ago the DAILY NATION newspaper of Kenya carried a front page article "OBAMA CANCELS TANZANIA TOUR" The article is purported to have been sourced from the Washington Post. But on reading the article I found out that it was only the visit to Mikumi National Park in Tanzania that was being considered for omission from Obama's schedule. The same DAILY NATION today 17 06 2013 carries an article: "OBAMA URGED TO CANCEL TANZANIA VISIT" also sourced from the Washington Post. I would not want to jump into conclusion but I am tempted to speculate that the Daily Nation would be very happy were the visit to Tanzania by Obama be cancelled. Prove me wrong if you can!
Generally Kenyans(majority) have only been friendly to Tanzanians when are on receiving end like when they come to work or trade in Tanzania. The Opinions expressed by Daily Nations of Kenya reflect the sentiments shared by many Kenyans

Nairobi is not representative of the entire country. There was a time that English took a back seat in Tz but that is changing. I too have lived in Kenya, more so in rural Kenya and I can assure you that I never once purchased stuff in the market or at the local groceries in any other language apart from Kiswahili. While recruiting ppl in Nairobi you conveniently forgot to realise that the National Language in Kenya has always been Kiswahili, and English is the official language. In fact Kiswahili enjoys some status as an 'urban' language. Fluent Kiswahili in Kenya marks you out as a town dweller! Kenyans might speak 'funny' Kiswahili but it is about time someone set the record straight. Just look at the national identity cards and currency and you'll discover everything is written in both Kiswahili and English!

Comrade what you see in the capital city reflects the entire nation no argument about that.
Its a fact beyond reasonable doubts that in terms of English speaking no way Tanzania can be in the same rank as Kenya
You don't need a PHD to know that you just have to be a resident in one of the named nation comrade.
Back to what the posts talks about since English is just the Sub Agenda
