Rwanda yaeleza wasiwasi wake kufuatia Marekani kuwa na utata kuhusu watu waliouawa katika mauaji ya kimbari ya mwaka 1994
Rais wa Rwanda Paul Kagame ameeleza wasiwasi wake kutokana na Marekani kuwa na utata kuhusu watu waliouawa katika mauaji ya kimbari ya mwaka 1994 nchini Rwanda.
Kauli hiyo ya rais Kagame imekuja baada ya Waziri wa Mambo ya Nje wa Marekani Anthony Blinken kutuma ujumbe katika maadhimisho ya kumbukumbu ya miaka 30 ya mauaji ya kimbari ya Rwanda kupitia mtandao wa kijamii wa X, akisema “wanasikitishwa na vifo vya Watutsi, Wahutu, Watwaa na wengine waliopoteza maisha katika siku 100 za vurugu kubwa”.
Akizungumza katika mkutano na wanahabari jijini Kigali hapo jana, rais Kagame amesisitiza kuwa, suala hilo lilijadiliwa na rais wa zamani wa Marekani Bill Clinton, ambaye aliongoza ujumbe wa Marekani katika kumbukumbu ya miaka 30 ya mauaji ya kimbari ya Rwanda iliyofanyika jumapili iliyopita mjini Kigali.
Akizungumza wakati wa maadhimisho ya kumbukumbu hiyo, Rais Kagame amesema Wanyarwanda hawataelewa ni kwa nini baadhi ya nchi zinaendelea kuwa na utata kuhusu nani alilengwa katika mauaji hayo ya kimbari, na kusema kufanya hivyo ni aina ya kukataa kile kilichotokea, na huo pia ni uhalifu.

It's high time that people in Tanzania, The Government of Tanzania, The East African Region and it's member states, SADC, Africa and the whole World act with sound mind that Rwanda is scrambling for divide of DRC and it has now become very clear and categorical that president Kagame has verbally come out to nail it with his lucid mind that he knows who are M23, the course M23 are up to, and all the logistics about this group.

For the past 14 years Rwanda had vehemently denied the accusations of being behind M23 operations in DRC.

But with little geopolitics and cross border affiliations knowledge we have, we all know that General Laura Nkunda the architect lead for M23 operations in DRC is healthy having his good life in Rwanda.

Also it's very clear for those years that M23 went unseen and unheard or muted were in Uganda and Rwanda and had purely settled at peace.

President Kagame of Rwanda in his recent interview which is going so viral on his categorical stance and support for M23 puts an alert of deep thoughts to all involved in DRC and M23 war.

Kagame has raised some very critical questions which deem to be so sarcastic to me. and Tanzania as an EAC member state has to dig deep into this.

Why would anyone think of fighting M23 in the first place?

it has come to my attention of international hegemonial muscling , pride and ego that President Kagame is sending a clear message to those countries involved in DRC saga to leave Rwanda to freely exercise it's mission in DRC.

The body language and tone , the thinking navigation around him during the interview, the timing of the interview seems to be justifying something and sending a message to some people.

Kagame seems to be sending a war declaration message in form of questions to any interested parties in DRC peace missions.

Tanzania if you're sleeping wake up focus on modernization of your army, intense and excellent training of the fighters, buy modern weapons, prioritize on building powerful army, wake up wake up. Your neighbors are not your friends please wake up, you're surrounded by neighbors full of egos and pride. Rwanda in the long run wishes to invade and fight Tanzania, wishes to have an influence in Tanzania similar to what is happening in DRC, wake up wake up.

For Rwanda to grow bigger they have Militarism, Aggression and expansionism as their permanent policy.

Tanzania fanyeni upumbavu na ujinga wowote ule ila Kujenga jeshi imara, jeshi la kisasa, lenye vifaa vya kijeshi Bora na imara, Utunzaji Bora wa vifaa vya kijeshi, ubora na uimara wa mafunzo kwa wanajeshi, nidhamu na taaluma ya kuwafanya wanajeshi wawe tayari na imara muda wote, nidhamu ya kutunza afya na utimamu wa akili na mwili kwa wanajeshi wetu ni muhimu sana.

Tufanye vyote ila sio kuteteresha ubora na uimara wa jeshi letu na wanajeshi wetu.

Rwanda is just a neighbor and shall never never be a friend to trust across all spheres of nations interactions. Rwanda is a Cobra nation just like the man eaters of those ancient years.
