This time is more of Geographical. The challenging part for Brasil is security now, even though its not big deal.

I didn't see the point of Prez, Obama going all that way to endorse this thing, his plate is already full, he needs to let some things (which are not that important pass) or let other people work on them. The first lady and Oprah were enough to deal with that. Afghanistan is falling apart, Iraq in flames and his own town which he wanted to win, is a mess. His advisors needs to think thrice sometimes, and on top of all this, David Axelrod has the guts to say that for Chicago to loose, it was all about politics???!!
