Anyway kujua hii taarifa ni ya kweli au sio kweli nitaangalia mambo yafuatayo:

1.Intergrity: Does the source of information has unquestionable intergrity.

2.Consistence: Is the source of information always consistent in what it says and does?

3.Information: Does the information provided conform to acceptable scientific,cultural,social norms in terms of reality,criteria and principles?

1.Intergrity: Does the source of information has unquestionable intergrity? Kama hiyo source haina intergrity,than the information will be likely fake.

2.Consistence: Is the source of information always consistent in what it says and does?If the source of information is not consistent with what it says and does,then the information it provides will likely be fake.

3.Information: Does the information provided conform to acceptable scientific,cultural,social norms in terms of reality,criteria and principles? If it doesn't, than it will likely be fake news.

That is speculation, not fact.

You are right but the fact he was on about was on the issue of Corona Virus, and not on the launching a bio weapon. If I'm not mistaken, he is neither of a different opinion from you
