I think it's just his style, if he believes he looks fresh rocking them studs, then more power to him. Other than concentrating on the side shows, we should ask how much he has achieved three years down the line, what difference has he brought to the judicial system. We waste a lot of time discussing things that will never improve our lives, lets leave the gossip to trolls and if this man, whether gay or not, is delivering, then we should give him props on that... and who are we to judge his morals, try being on the scope of idlers and naysayers and see how much dirt they can create to kill your good name.

But you see the problem with separating the so called private lives of public figures is precarious, because there "personal" lives do have an impact on the public.
For example, him being Chief Justice and gay (for example) wont that make him favour gay rights as opposed to a majority of the Kenyan People?
Or if our Chief of intelligences personal life involves dodgy/ questionable night long parties with booz, drugs and numerous girls at once, are we to dismiss this as long as he is performing his office duties diligently thus far?

If he comes out of the closet then good for him and people like you who will troll this forum for days trying to pull Kenyans down for having a fruit for a cj, but for the rest of us it'll be just another day because I honestly don't mind having a gay CJ.
