Hahahahahaha, You may not be very aware but our constitution also says, "where there is a conflict between Kenyan law and international law, the Kenyan constitution is supreme" ie The Kenyan law is supreme to any law including east africa community laws.

Refer judge Tunoi corruption scandal,was he remanded?

Now I know you are an idiot, while evidence is wanting the police will not arrest you! But if they have enough to launch a case then they will arrest and prosecute then ask the court to hold you in remand while they finish investigations. At which point the court can accept or deny the prosecution it's request.

WTF? an international tribunal? Dude you are sick. A judge can be arrested anytime anywhere only difference is prosecution. Before a judge or magistrate is prosecuted the DPP (Director of pubic prosecution) must present the case before the Jsc (Judicial service commission), once the Jsc gives the thumbs up, you are suspended on half pay while the case is continuing.

Nafikiri ukichunguza vizuri unaeza ukaona hizo sheria za commonwealth zinazulia jaji kukamatwa kama ni kesi inayohusu uchapakazi/utendakazi au katika mamlaka ya huyo jaji akifanya kazi yake.... Lakini labda kunayo exception kama kesi inayomkabidhi jaji ni personal yani inamhsu huyo jaji kama private citizen... Hauwezi ukaniambia eti jaji anaweza kutoa bunduki na achape mtu risasi hadharani na asishikwe na polisi kisa eti ako na immunity ya commonwealth.....
