I would say ALGORITHM AND DATA-STRUCTURE. This is the foundation of any programming and it have been overlooked dearly especially for Tanzanian developers and Africa at large. You will never be a good developer/programmer if you don't master this.

In fact he difference between children-coders, offshore code farms, and professional computer scientists is their understanding of algorithms and data structures.

Kwanza niwapongeze vijana wetu wengi ambao wana struggle na kujitahidi kufanya Programming. Tunajua mazingira magumu ya vyuo vyetu kuanzia vifaa hadi walimu. Huwezi kuwa mzuri katika fani fulani kama hukupata mwalimu mzuri.

Hata hivyo, nitoe wito tu kwa wale ambao wamefanikiwa kuelewa hizi tekinolojia kwa undani zaidi, watafute namna ya kuwasaidia wengine.

Bongo hakuna tech events za kutosha kuwa expose watu. We need a lot of tech events. Tusitegemee watu wajue tu, watajuaje bila kujulishwa.
 

Great stuff, I hope someday we will get to see high quality ground breaking software products from Tanzania...I was really impressed with your ADSUM initiative, i think it will motivate more people to get into software development make their own startups

I agree with you guys...we have alot to do until we become experts in this field of programming..late exposure to computer knowledge like my mate said is one of the biggest setback to achieving programming excellence...
