Well, most of scientists believe that self control is an illusion

As for me, the idea of self control is a bit complicated kwa sababu its directly associated with human brain
I would not say kwamba being able to control your self is an illusion kwa sababu we are responsible on what we do and how we act, our past experiences and our brain,s chemistry affects what those actions may be and the long or short impacts of each action, thinking of this, its likely possible to have self control of any situation
