Subconscious mind is always irrationali
,it makes decisions based on emotions, pressure,panic,stress...

Mpaka hapo Mkuu we differ on how we define subconcious mind..

Rationality in decision making depends on whether a person is using her mind or emotions in decision making..

A human being has one mind divided in two parts that is concious mind (upper) and subconcious mind (below).

Conscious mind is the mediator between senses and subconcious mind..

Senses enables a person to collect various information from his surroundings that are primarily processed in concious mind to make various decisions...

Provided a person, basing on information he or she has collected makes decisions repetitively, such decisions advances from conscious mind to subconcious mind.

A person becomes programmed in making various decisions.

So whenever a person encounters familiar situation hatumii nguvu nyingi in deciding what to do.

Mfano mzuri wa matumizi ya subconcious mind, ni pale mtu anaamka asubuhi au mtu aliyezoea kuendesha gari au kuimba nyimbo automatically kutokana na kusikiliza mara nyingi...

Mkuu nimekupata vizuri

Memory consolidation and productivity can both be improved by taking breaks.

Memory consolidation:
Tambini et al. recently showed that resting your brain after learning is very important in memory consolidation. During rest the hippocampus is able to transfer information to the cortex to be stored. The brain cannot do this very effectively if you do not take breaks.

Phantom Limb:
This is a phenomenon in which the brain can actually believe that an amputated limb is still attached to your body. Approximately 60 to 80% of individuals with an amputation experience phantom sensations in their amputated limb, and the majority of the sensations are painful
