Dude.....you guys need economics classes.
There's is what we call contribution to GDP. That's the total value of services and goods an industry generates within its country's borders. This is where all the money spent by a tourist in a country is calculated.
We then have government revenue. That's the exact amount the government collects from a certain industry.
The problem with you Tanzanians is you take your contribution to GDP figures and compare them with our government revenue figures and claim you're doing better. If you compare your confrcontrion to GDP figures with our contribution to GDP figures, we are still ahead. Look at the figure below and please don't make me open a thread about this.
