In fact your friend joho should understand that the president rides on over 50% of Kenyan voter endorsement. He on the other hand is a mere governor. Boy when you a argue with fool nobody gonna tell the difference. Uhuru was not in rally but a public occasion, a constitutional mandate ya presidency a public office not a jubilee office! anybody is free to attend a presidency function as opposed to an ODM or jubilee function! where did you attend school if you ever went to one!
