Nimekuwa nikipata shida ya usingizi (insomnia) kwa muda mrefu sasa. Jana nimekunywa Juice ya nanasi usiku saa nne nikajikuta ghafla naanza kusinzia baada ya muda kidogo kupita. Kwakweli haijawahi kutokea kwa muda mrefu sasa.
Naendelea kutumia Juice ya nanasi tu na nitaleta mrejesho tena.

Hii glycemic index inaonyesha wali ni 72 half soda 68. Zimetofautiana kwa karibu sana. Ukweli ni wali unaongeza sukari kwenye damu kiasi kikubwa kuliko soda. Tatizo linakuja unakunywa soda mara ngapi kwa siku, na wali mara ngapi kwa siku.
