Shida ni kwamba Katiba ya nchi yetu haitaki hilo suala coz Serikali yetu haina dini, hivyo mambo ya dini yatafanywa na taasis za dini, kitu kingine ukisema hiyo iwepo basi hata Wakristo na Wapagani nao watakuja na suala lao na watahitaji kiwekwe kwenye hiyo Katiba jambo ambalo tutakuwa tunaifanya hii nchi iwe ni ya kidini, soma Katiba Inayopendekezwa katika IBARA YA 41-(3)(UHURU WA IMANI YA DINI) NANUKUU "Shughuli ya uendeshaji wa jumuiya za dini itakuwa nje ya shughuli za mamlaka ya Serikali". naamini nitakuwa nimekujibu ndugu Chekx.
