Kenyans have witnessed and the whole world has seen the four IEBC commissioners walking out of IEBC auditorium few minutes before the final announcement of presidential results.
Then Juliana briefed the press that herself and 3 other commissioners are disowning the final declaration of presidential results due to "opaqueness of verification process". When the journalist asked what exactly does she mean.. she repeated that the verification process was opaque'.
